FAQ Prices
Which variant suits my organization best?
Every organization needs certain functions to support its processes and projects. The functions that are included in the different variants can be found in the feature lists above. There is a 14-day free trial version for all variants. During this time, all functions can be checked in order to be able to make an informed decision. We are happy to support you for further advice at: info@qalgo.de or by telephone.
How much does Synapcus cost for my organization?
The pricing is based on three variables: the Synapcus module, the system variant and the number of users on the platform. Once you have decided on the module and the variants, choose your preferred subscription payment: monthly or yearly. Payment is made in advance (if you buy a variant for a year, you pay for a year in advance).
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal and all credit cards. For enterprise orders, we also accept bank transfers.
Can I only update my account or do I have to update my entire tenant account?
To update the Synapcus account, you need to update your entire manager area, i.e. all users from your tenant area. The tenant area is the top organizational level.
How are new users billed?
Qalgo GmbH automatically calculates a prorated price based on the time remaining in your cycle for all of your users.
What happens if I cancel the contract?
You can cancel the Professional and Business variants at any time. If you do this, your current plan (module + variant) will remain in place until the end of your billing cycle. For the Enterprise versions, the contractual notice period must be considered.
